4424 Ultra Track Solid T-Slot Anodized Aluminum Extrusion 24" Long Made in The USA

Wow, I was not expecting this level of quality. It is completely solid and heavy so looks like it will last. It is absolutely straight and square as well which makes it perfect as an extension to my table saw fence.

Perfectly straight, very rigid, and does not add friction to material sliding along it. The only issue is that with a longer fence it now catches on my pants periodically as I walk by, but I'm very happy with it as an addition to my Sawstop.

The media could not be loaded. I spent many hours trying to adjust my sawstop T track fence. The best I could get was still out 5/1000. I know this isn’t terrible but I thought it could be better. I opted for this extrusion and adjusted for about 30 min and it is now within 2/1000. I’m perfectly happy with that!

Bought this for using on the face of my sawstop fence rather than the original fence piece. Look the product itself is great, but it is not good for this intended purpose as f that’s your plan. Jessem stock guides require a wider t-track groove than this piece also. I’ll save it for another purpose and have to start over with my sawstop fence upgrade using something else.

I am currently using my Woodhaven 24” 4424 Ultra Track as an auxiliary fence for my Skil jobsite table saw. I connected it to my table saw fence using a pair of Powertec track saw clamps (perfect fit). The Ultra Track arrived in great shape with no visible imperfections. I will be ordering the 12” Ultra Track for my Table Saw Miter Gauge due to the quality of my 24” model. The only downside I can say about the Ultra Track is that my T bolts don’t fit any of the slots. There are plenty of other bolts that do fit in the slots and it opens up a lot of other accessory options. Overall the Ultra Track is a great addition to my workshop, it is milled straight and true and seems to be worth the very reasonable cost.

I haven’t installed this yet but it is straight and will work on my table saw fence.

So I have a Grizzly 1023 with the Shop Fox fence. I took off the Plastic face on the blade-side and used T-bolts to attach. The fence now sits 1/4" off the deck. I'm going to have to drill and tap new holes to get it lowered unless someone has a better idea. The fence itself is solid. Nice extrusion. I had to shim it in the middle about .005 but I'm not sure if that is in the extrusion or my fence.... the plastic was wavy as well. I'm already getting better rips but until I lower it, I can't rip thin stuff....

This item was better than expected. Thickness was within 0.003" throughout. And when laid flat, it was within 0.005". Will use as a new fence for my saw stop to replace the warped wood fence face.
