Fantastic.....sooo good.

It works well - convenient and easy to store. i haven't fully experienced all it's functions but it has lots of features to move through beginner to advance. you do feel the burn if you are using it correctly. i use it while im watching tv for about 20 min.

Excellent workout in a single room. It’s not a “complete” anaerobic gym set up (pull-ups, proper dead lift and isolated leg exercises are among a few no-go’s) but what it does provide is outstanding for those on the go or with limited space. It excels at arms and shoulders and can hit the back muscles using the door anchor. I highly recommend a second set of bands as one pair wouldn’t be enough.It’s super easy to travel with, fitting in my large suitcase along whatever else I pack for long trips. Because it’s completely modular, you can easily distribute the components among you bags to avoid going over the luggage weight limit for air travel.It arrived promptly and it good condition. It’s a little bit expensive but it’s well made and I’m getting my money’s worth out of it. Overall, no complaints! It’s a great portable, personal gym. It deserves all 5 stars!

I was a bit skeptical at first, ordered it as an alternative to the gym during the pandemic. Easy to set up, easy to use, super versatile. Comes with everything you need to get started, plus a booklet that shows you some workouts you can do, as well as a sample workout plan. The only issue I could see you having is the bands not being enough resistance. But simply order some more bands. I'm not a huge fan of the sleeved bands, they kind of catch on the loops. But I'll be ordering eavier unsleeved bands with clips soon enough, any you get should work just fine. In the meantime just increase reps. Been using it for a few days and definitely feel like it's doing its job. The platform is sturdy enough, and the door clip comes in super handy for doing things you wouldn't be able to do on the platform. You can add multiple bands to it, or to the bar, but like I said, unsleeved bands would work best if you plan to use multiple. But all in all a solid product and a worth it buy.
