2 Gringos Chupacabra Cluckalicous Poultry Seasoning, 12 Ounces

What’s not to like? This is a bold full flavored seasoning. I highly recommend. It’s awesome for grilled, smoked and baked chicken wings. Haven’t yet tried it for fried chicken, but imagine that it would not disappoint. Reasonable priced. The only con would be that it’s not available everywhere, looked several places and eventually had to order on line, which is really no big deal.

Great spice mix for chicken with a kick! Can work with other meats too!!! Added a little to tri-tip and wasn't bad!I will say you go through a lot of it fast. Also, it's better to season the meat a few hours (or overnight) before cooking. When you freshly season it, a lot of the spices meld on top and you get a more spicy bite with a kick. Marinading and waiting allows for a more mellow spice but still full of flavor. Honestly just added this spice alone nothing else and it made chicken amazing! Just wish it came in jugs.

The best seasoning it's good on not only chicken but all meats.

Great balance of spices plus just a hint of heat that works nicely with grilled or slow roasted poultry or pork. Not overwhelming like some other brand mixes, and added to the overall flavor mix.We did a test run rub on a slow roasted Turkey breast first and it was excellent. Grilled pork chops were next, similar results. Can’t wait to use it for our Thanksgiving bird.

This stuff is amazing on anything! Easy to just put on chicken w olive oil and throw in crock pot with veggies!
