Works and sounds great!
Although it's not a Focusrite, still works decently like a Focusrite! 5 stars 🌟

Garbage
Has no drivers, you need to use open source ASIO4ALL to run it.The description says that it's 2 input, this is a lie. It has two input jacks, but they both route to a single mono stream, so no recording stereo or a couple instruments at a time. It's functionally a one input device. This needs to be updated in the description.Claims to be capable of 96khz sampling rate on description, but only does up to 48.This is basically a fraudulent product, spend a bit more and get something that isn't so trash it has to lie about what it is to trick you into buying it.

Great Piece Of Equipment
I was really excited to get this. I primarily use a digital interface to patch a Mixing Board feed through to a computer to record live sound, and my old digital interface failed at the last concert. This is perfect. It will also be super handy whenever I need to do quick guitar and vocal recordings. This is a very high quality piece of equipment. The metal box is substantial, the inputs are clean and tight, the knobs are precise. I tested it first with a studio condenser microphone and a guitar, and it worked perfectly. There is a touch-button to turn on the 48V phantom power the mic requires and another one to set the 1/4" input to accomodate an unbalanced guitar signal. This means that you could use a 1/4" TRS cable to grab a balanced signal. After running it through its paces with the studio mic, I turned off the phantom power and plugged in the Shure SM58 Beta mic I use in live shows, and it performed just as well. For all the tests I ran the signal into my DAW (I use Audacity), and the recordings were excellent. The USB output is USB-C, which is optimal for an application like this, and they include a really nice woven-cover USB-C to USB-A cable to hook up to just about any computer. They also provide a A to C converter in case your computer has a USB-C input and you don't have a USB-C to USB-C cable. Speaking of this cable, very nearly threw it out with the packaging - it was hiding in a little cardboard spacer in the box. Be sure you find it, it's nice.I was not expecting much out of the XLR cable they included, but what they give you is a very high quality cable. Testing it with the Shure mic, the sound was flawless. This box will have no problem at all doing everything I need in a serious digital audio interface.

Great value - has all your basic needs for home audio interfacing
The media could not be loaded. Overall this is a great value unit if you are just needing the basic setup to convert your audio to digital and record. The interface is basic and easy to use. It’s great to have the usb to connect and supply power so you don’t have extra cords. It’s a space saver for its size and really easy to plug in and set up anywhere. It doesn’t have its own software, but at this price it’s not a problem when you can easily find free software. The options for the ports are nice, you can adjust volume and each has a monitoring switch. I like that the knob lights flicker with sound, and indicates when it’s too loud. The mic channel has a phantom power switch for use with certain mics. The mic supports a 3 prong traditional cable connection, or a 1/4 cable connection (v handy to have this option). The sound quality is good, we used it record guitar and mic sound and it was great with low latency. This is very comparable to higher priced units from bigger brands, decent quality and all the basic options you’d want.

Quite disappointed
I think this is quite poorly made, im giving it 2stars only because, if you turn the volume all the way up, you get some sound into the computer. Total waste of time though, just save money and get the good stuff

I LIKE THE CHEAPER ONE, BETTER...
I've bought, two, similar products. What I didn't like about this one: I'm unable to zero the volume on, either, the instrument input, or the headphone output. They are, variable, to a certain point, then, stop. The other thing I didn't like, was that the knob controls, are on the same panel, as the input and output jacks. The cable end-casings have, just, millimeters, clearance. My, cheaper, version doesn't suffer from either of these deficiencies.

This saved my condensor mic
The media could not be loaded. I have had a condensor mic for over a year that I have not been able to use since I can't get the right sound off it. This little unit made all the difference. I'd be remiss to say that I wasn't concerned when I noticed it only had one usb port which connects directly to the pc. But the minute I connected it and turned it on, I was genuinely surprised. This is exactly what I was missing for my mic, it made a huge difference and I am extremely pleased with the unit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!
