This tool is excellent for monitoring the level of Ketosis we are in. As our body burns fat it produces Ketones and this tool will detect that level through our breath. Very simple and easy to use.

It works MAYBE one in 25 times. You’ll change the batteries 4 times thinking that’s the problem. It’s not. You’ll wait the 20 second countdown everytime praying for the telltale long beep and a real reading, but get the disappointing short beeps and 0.0 instead. It just does NOT work as it’s meant to. I have had it too long to return it so, do yourself a favor and buy a different one - future-you will thank you.

The meter works sometimes and doesn't work other times. Sometimes you blow through the tube and don't get a tone telling you that it's measuring your breath. It just beeps and stops with a 0.0 result. I've had this happen 5 times in a row. When it does work, the results are similar to the urine dip sticks.

I love this little device. It reads ketones and lights up green and red and blue. The colors are so helpful to notify me if what stahe of ketosis my body is in. I recommend this to anyone who lives the keto lifestyle! 100++

I have yet to get a reading on this machine without at least 3 attempts, and it usually takes 8 attempts to actually get it to work at which point I give up if it doesn't work by then. I can find no variables that will predict success. Immediately blowing into the machine at the "start" screen, waiting a count of 3, blowing hard, blowing soft, with the mouthpiece, without the mouthpiece - NONE seem to matter. What a royal pain. Is this how it is "supposed" to work or have I received a lemon??

The manual says there's a button to change units of measurement, but there is only vent holes where the button is supposed to be??? So I have no way to switch units of measure! 🤷‍♂️

Got it and worked properly immediately. Been doing the keto diet for a while now and the readings were almost identical to my blood tester. Way easier than having to poke yourself to get tested. !00% suggest utilizing the breath test. Easy to use and get results immediately. comes with a storing back for easy put away as well.

I like this device, seems well made and to my knowledge everything works. I like the extra mouth pieces but I cannot get it to register anything but 0. I feel like I could be doing something wrong but it seemed fairly eady to understand.
