Q: i purchased this product and the control box is burnt out how do i get a new mold no shd12-tv1000 control box

I also have a burnt out control box. I need a replacement. I don't see anywhere to order a new one.

Q: Is the remote ir or rf 433mhz? can the preset be activated with the remote control?

The remote is RF using the PT2264 encoder chip. I do not know what the receiver/transmitter freq is set to but I don't think that it is 433 Mhz , given the reception distance of 100-300 feet at that frequency. My guess is that it is probably 2.4 Ghz, but pull down the datasheet for that chip. Keep in mind that the remote channel (312 possibilities) is set at the factory. HTH!

Disconnect the power for 10s, re-power, If error code disappears, press the up button to check whether it will rise properly. If it still shows error, try to reset it. Reset method: Press and hold on the DOWN button on the remote or hand control until the RES (reset) is displayed on the hand control and the lift bounces up. If problem is not resolved, please contact us directly for help. We will provide solution to resolve your question or problem in a timely manner.
