I've been using Shredded Tea on an "ON and OFF" basis for about a year. I started out with the AM and PM products and I've just now started using their new 14 day Detox Tea with Probiotics. So far, I have no complaints for this product. I have a cup right before going to bed and my metabolism is on fire from the moment that I wake up and throughout most of the early afternoon. I mainly have this tea on days that I do heavy power-lifting or long endurance training sessions. I've noticed that a cup of this at night helps my body and muscles relax, therefore increasing my comfort-level of sleep. Great product and great results. Pretty content with these folks.***Keep in my mind, that though it says it is a weight losing tea - Results will vary greatly on how a person eats and exercises on a daily basis. A low fat, medium to high protein intake, controlled carb intake, and a VERY low sugar diet with at least a moderate amount of exercise, will allow this tea to work on you at its fullest. This isn't a miracle Tea - It's merely a tool that can be added to benefit your health. It all depends on how you use your tools. Cheers!

I love it the tea taste great I love how I feel I have more energy and bloating is not a problem anymore. I feel healthier and dont get colds or feel run down like i used to.The packaging is great it seals and keeps all freshness in unlike other teas All in all its a great product.

I really do like this product and probably will be buying more of it it seems to give me energy and hoping it does really good for my gut I'm seeing some differences only in my 7 days I hope to see more of the next seven

I've tried many major name brands and this blows them out of the water! No jittery feeling or major energy. What did help was the flushing of my insides, i.e. kidney and liver, which helped dramatically. I know the hype that other teas make you lose weight. This one helped flush out the toxins inside my body which made it easier to workout and digest nutrition faster. Currently finishing another name brand tea and I can't wait to order another set of this!

Great tea! When I taste the tea , it kinda tasted like medicine which its not a bad thing. I noticed I'm getting a normal bowel movement and it gives me a little boost of engery in the morning. However, it can't depend on a tea to do all the work; you as individual need to put your part by eating healthy and exercising .
