After using a good amount of this hardware cloth in both 4 & 2 foot widths the most important thing to know is pay attention when cutting to make sure your perpendicular to the sides. I say this because my first cut I used the line of 1/4" squares to cut "straight" across I thought. After trying to attach to my wood frame that was on square the cut I made was not a 90 degree angle to the sides. This is because the wire 1/4" squares are not perpendicular to the sides. Really weird, but when you realize this just compensate you cut. Otherwise the wire cloth for the price is not bad, but has some imperfections in it as well. If your a perfectionist this stuff with drive you nuts.

The price of this wire mesh screen is half that what you’d pay for at your local hardware store. It is unbelievable how much money I have saved. One of my most important purposes to purchase this hardware cloth is to keep the unwanted animals out of my farm. I cannot put up it anymore that whatever I grow will be consumed by rabbits or other animals.It works well to protect my farm and is of great quality. This item was very easy to use. 1/4 inch opening also meets my expectation that very small pets also cannot rush into our farm to mess up my plants. Highly recommended!

I'm selling a house and our buyer wanted hardware cloth installed behind the lattice for the crawl space for our house. This was a great price and came very easily packaged for use and was a good high quality hardware cloth. Absolutely zero complaints...

I have ordered this product in both the 24" and 36" sizes. I used the 36" for the outside perimeter of my wrought iron fence and then used the 24" cut to 12" to put along the bottom of a wooden back fence to both keep pets in and varmints out of the back yard. From the street, you cannot see that I have lined the fence, and my chihuahua can no longer escape! Perfect solution.

Not the easiest material to work with. Heavy, sharp, and not very plyable. Good things to keep raccoons out but not when putting up on a chicken coop. 2 feet by 50 feet was the perfect size for an under coop run. Had extra for windows on the coop.

I only required a 30" X 42" piece for an antenna project to be used as a reflector. I will find a use, later, for other projects for the remainder of this roll.
