I realize that this product is recommended for ages 16+; however, I bought two so my six year old and nine year old could use it as we studied FLW during school. It was a great activity and the colors were vibrant (true to the print example). The paint applied smoothly and the display easel is a fun touch. They painted appropriately for their ages but my only complaint is regardless of how old you are, the outlines of the shapes will inevitably be covered by the paint. I supposed you could use the dark blue paint and a steady hand to outline them again at the end. I’m a perfectionist and I would not be satisfied with that outcome myself. Overall, it’s a great way to familiarize yourself with his artwork and I would likely recommend to others studying his works.
