It really doesn't matter y'all
This is literally my third usb-c laptop charger. I am convinced that the usb-c laptop chargers are just functionally useless and we are going to keep buying them every year, and no this got nothing to do with this product or any charger I got from Amazon. My first one came with the brand new laptop, and died after a year. I ordered the replacement from the computer manufacturer. That one went to shit in a year as well. So here I am on my third charger. I went with this one because what is the point of getting the actual computer manufacturer's laptop charger? They don't last either. This brand is as good as any and it was inexpensive. I rarely needed to buy a new charger with my old laptops. And when I did, it was just once. This on the other hand is something different. There is less cord manipulation since I don't need to take my laptop anywhere, yet the chargers keep failing. smh. I just don't think the design of a usb-c charger is compatible with laptop use.I will try to update you when this one inevitably gives out as well. Chances are I will buy this one again unless the time to failure is like less than 6 months.Update: Time of Death December 29th, 2022. Wow lasted a whole month. This is junk yall

Great customer service
Product was working great for about 10 months then it just stopped working. I contacted the seller since they have a 1 year warranty. No hassle no fuss, I received a new charger a few days later.

Stopped working within 2 months of purchase
The product looks fine and totally okay from the outlook, but i think the interior built is below standard and hence stopped charging within two months of delivery. Can’t even return now since it broke down later than the 30 days return policy

Works perfect.
I had lost my charger for my computer so I bought this one hoping ir would work. The charger works perfect! I'm so glad I don't have to worry if I lose another charger.

Worked well for about 10 months and just stopped. Seller offered to send new one due to one year warranty.
