Photo and description clearly show and state you are purchasing a 6-pack of bins. I needed 12 bins so I bought 2 packs of 6, for $41 each. What arrived was 2, just 2, bins. They were the right size, but missing 10 bins! When I contacted the seller, because you won’t be able to deal with Amazon, I got a reply that the warehouse couldn’t replace the missing parts but they would be happy to start a refund and return. Great, but that doesn’t get me the bins I need for my classroom, does it.Skip this seller even though the product looks great. It’s not worth the hassle.

In th description it says a case of six but it only tells you 5 of the six colors (yellow, green, blue, purple, and red). Since the picture is of an orange box, it leads you to believe that the 6th box is orange. It's Not, it's teal. I'm a teacher and I have my kids desks grouped as tables by color. One being orange. The only reason I bought these was because I thought the 6 colors included the orange (which is the color of the box in the picture), which would be the "table boxes" for each grouo. Either change the picture so people don't expect an orange box (Since many people buying this product are teachers and arrange teams by rainbow colors) or fix the description to tell all 6 colors, not just 5.

First order came without a lid. Title clearly says: “With Lid”. Made a replacement request and received another box, again without a LID. Now I have two boxes with no lids. Until I receive the lids this review will remain on here.

I am beyond aggravated with this company. I ordered small totes for a shelf in a playroom, and received the wrong size bin. (I received the short paper tray size as shown.) Accidents happen. I'm not mad. I reached out to the seller, and tried calling, only to be left on hold and recieve no reply EVER. I thought okay I can use the smaller bins for books anyway so I'll keep them I guess, ordered ANOTHER set and finally received the right ones. Then I order larger ones for the middle for 29$. I NEVER received them. I reach out to the shipper and find out they're damaged with no replacement so instead of informing me it just kept saying in transit so I had no idea. I find a replacement for 38$... FINE I'll pay it. I already committed to the style of bins so I bite the bullet and order more, only to get the wrong size AGAIN... with two green and a white bin instead of a plethora of colors. I realize that color is an irrational irritation but the whole reason I spent this money and went through the headache with storex was for durable and colorful playroom toy totes that are all similar colors. And now this new WRONG sized bin won't fit. I don't even want to deal with a return with these people. I'll likely never see my money again and now I'm stuck with bins I didn't even want. They're sturdy and quality bins but I'm so done with this company. I never leave bad reviews either, but this has been a headache for over a month just trying to get what I purchased. I officially give up and concede to this battle. You win storex.
