I read most of the reviews, so I knew what I was getting. I did read where one person that bought this ended up putting the water dish inside the feeding dish. I already have a platform bird feeder from Audubon. I decided to do the same and put the water bowl inside the feeder making it easier to clean when it gets dirty. I have a small Floating Solar Powered Water Fountain Pump for Bird Bath that I had bought for my old bird bath and put it into this water bowl, and it works just fine. I just put it up and haven't seen any birds drink water, but the flow from the fountain is soothing when I sit outside.

You need certain seeds otherwise they fall.

I adjusted the chains to have it hang together. The birds enjoy both and took to it right away!

It took a week until birds started visiting. The holes in the bird feeder tray are bigger than I expected. So a few seeds fall through, a lot of them get stuck in the holes. Overall very happy with the item, it's very subtle.

I love these and so do the birds. Great price for a feeder and bird bath and seems durable. One can hold water but I put seed in both. I’m very pleased and would recommend.
