I check the cables as resistance is a major consideration in gathering amp hour storage with solar. These wires are full 10 gauge by resistance measuring with precision equipment. They are 100% oxygen free copper with tinned exterior to prevent copper deterioration. Copper deteriorates by becoming oxidized and therefore transmission laterally to get around resistance of copper oxide or sulfide problems, is fully avoided - while the dull copper that the strands will become with oxidation won't do that. The resistance of the wires is extremely important with solar panels as at peak the panels produce ~ 17 volts of electricity and that is only about 3 ~ 3.5 volts above the battry voltage. So there is only a little bit of voltage to propel the amperage into your batteries and anything interfering with that (resistance of the wires) reduces the ability of your panels to capture power. In addition the PC connectors are very well done. As a note - some companies offer CCA wire which is copper clad aluminum. Avoid this at all costs. Aluminum has only 60% of the current carrying capacity of copper and 10 gauge acts like 12 gauge with DC currents - reducing its efficiency to carry amperage without overheating. So what you would see is that the CCA wire is externally copper colored (copper clad) but the inside is white and is aluminum. You can see that with a magnifying glass at the cut ends. The opposite is true of copper wire which is tin coated - white outside and copper in the middle at cut ends. The tin on the outside not only preserves the copper as oxygen can't get to the surface but also facilitates soldering. That preserves the flow of electricity and keeps resistance to a minimum. Lastly CCA wire is stiff. That is hard to tell with the solar cables as the exterior insulation is very tough and less flexible making it hard to determine if the wire is mostly copper or something else. So be aware as aluminum is not only less able to conduct current as compated to copper, but it is a lot cheaper to make and since it is lighter it is less epensive with shipping. Get your monies worth and always insist on full copper with tin coating.

So far I am happy with the cables. They look very solid, but I have not used them yet.

I use this to extend the solar cables from my panels so I can position the power station in the shade. Very good quality cables (10 gauge) but the MC4 connectors are difficult to dis-connect compared to other products that I have used.

I liked the cables they were just what I needed they connected good but when I went to disconnect them I found both female ends were made wrong and the disconnect tool would not fit. So I'll need to replace both female ends to use them the next time.UPDATE!!I had originally gave it 3 stars because of the female ends being made a little smaller where you use the disconnect tool. I found a universal tool that had 2 size disconnect probes, so with this tool I can't find any faults I hope this helps!

Easy to use and figure out.

I have Renogy 100-watt panels. These connected to the previous cables just fine and without a hitch. So far, so good. The construction of them is nice in the sense that they are very sturdy and the outside covering will withstand the desert sun, though we do plan on burying them soon.

I used these cables to connect between my BLUETTI PV350 Solar Panels and my BLuetti AC200 MAX Power Station. It work great, exactly as I expected.

These cables seem to be well made. The cable insulator is very thick. I am betting that this cable will last for a very long time and it will take all sorts of weather conditions. I live in a part of Canada where we get all sorts of rough weather including heavy rains, lots of snow and very cold winters.

I didn't realize 10 gage cable was so big...lol These look heavy duty. End connectors are removable for any thru wall requirements. Connectors snap together firmly, and there are rubber grommets and o-rings in the connector to help with waterproofing.

provides a perfect connection from my Renogy portable solar panel to the solar panel input on my RV. Be sure to check the polarity of your connection before plugging in to ensure that the positive goes to the positive and negative goes to negative :)

Arrived as promised. I bought these cables to extend my RV setup. Avoided the hassle of making a cable as I did previously and about the same price.
