Bought this case for my wife, there were not a lot of option for older models but this one has a bunch of different colors to pick from. It has a nice matte finish and feel, it allows the back Apple logo to glow through, and it has its own feet. It snaps on really easily and feels secure. The keyboard cover is a nice but unfortunately doesn’t allow the backlit keys to shine through. Overall a really nice case!

I loved the material it protects my old MacBook and keeps its natural color visible because I like its original color since I bought it.

Pros: Easy to install and came with silicone keyboard cover, Cons: corners did not stand up to everyday use. I have had this case less than 6 months and it is already falling apart. I rarely leave my desk with my laptop so this is just from everyday use. I have an Incase that I took to and from work and school for over 10 years and it is still on that laptop. Disappointing because I liked the color and price.

This is a great case for my laptop! My other case broke and I needed a new one. What I like about this one is that the laptop fits snugly in the case. There's no slipping out of it. I tried another one and it did. Another feature I like is the keyboard cover. Wow, it fits like a glove. Very customized and that's excellent! If you need a laptop cover, try a Ruben Hard Case!

OK if all you want is a scuff cover. But still difficult to carry as the bare computer.
