Awesome product
I tied these to my fishing pole and my paddle and they seem to have around 7' of stretch to them. I feel no resistance from them when paddling so I tend to forget their hooked to my kayak. Awesome clips and I've been recommending them to everyone I know

Have not put the product to use yet. Just arrived. I expect it will do the job I need. Keeping my fishing poles close to the boat. Grandkids fish with me, so I will tie those poles off to boat. Should be fine...
