ALL TOOLS PROVIDED AND SUPER EASY TO INSTALL - Some instructions provided
I've been reading the reviews about how this battery doesn't fit and I just don't understand why anyone would think that. I was skeptical about buying this at first, but since my old battery is crap, and this was super affordable, I said "Why not? It's worth a try".1. Tools all come with, the only reason why anyone would say that the plastic tool broke, is because they forced it to work. I used it gently and carefully and it worked like a charm. Keep in mind, there are little brackets inside the tablet that keeps the back cover on, so once you are able to locate the first one, which is around the middle on the top of the tablet, carefully look for the next one and gently use the tool to pry it open. DON'T RUSH! Your table ain't going anywhere.2. Watching a YouTube video (since this battery doesn't come with instructions), I followed the removal of the battery cable (CAREFULLY AGAIN!) and was able to remove the battery connector cable and two battery strips that are connected to the tablet. Please make sure you watch YouTube video on how to do this, it will be very helpful.(Make sure that when you remove the little pieces of tape you find inside the tablet, you keep them somewhere clear of dust or pet hair, you'll need to use it again after the new battery is installed. Also, when you are going to remove the 6 microscopic screws (they are TINY, and let me tell you, I am BLIND) keep something close that you can place them on so they don't get lost. They're just like a bad idea, you can't see it, but you know it's there! LOL3. Here is the best and what most people claim to be ("BATTERY DOESN'T FIT!!" part). After you open your tablet and remove your battery, line up the new one with the old one, MINE WAS A PERFECT MATCH, so there is no reason why the new one won't fit. When you install the new one, gently create a little bit of "fold" at the middle, then start placing the new battery from the corners first or sides first, make sure the corners line up, then slowly push the middle fold down. It took only a couple of tries but this battery fit just like the OJ GLOVE! Nice and tight, replace the tiny little screws, close the locking brackets, replace the little pieces of tape, slowly work the back cover back on, and TOUCHDOWN!!! Tablet powered up right away!I hope this review was helpful in making your decision to purchase this very affordable battery, I'm sure glad I did.

Not exact fit, but it works great
I was nervous ordering this based on my specific model (SM-T900) being mentioned and that it did not fit by 1-3 other reviews. However, while it is not a precise fit, if you start on one end, keep the middle slightly "buckled" up and then work in the other end; I found I was able to get the battery to fit almost perfectly. It should be noted that you will need to push down on some of the tabs with a tool of some sort. I used one of the screwdrivers provided. Speaking of the tools, the plastic pry tool is complete TRASH, it snapped on the very first pry. The screwdrivers were just fine though.Battery Performance:I received and installed the battery on 1/4/18 and if I remember 6 months from now, I will post an updated review. The battery was dated 2013, no big deal as these lithium batteries have a long shelf life. Battery had 63% charge upon initial power up. I then powered my tablet off and plugged it in till it was 100% charged. Once fully charged, I downloaded a few apps and within 10 minutes, started up Hulu and let it run constantly until it was down to 2%. I am happy to report the battery lasted just over 8 hours of CONSTANT video streaming. Conclusion: $20 is a very small price to pay to revive your now dated Samsung Tablet Pro 12.2. Even if you have to purchase one every 6 months, its peanuts compared to buying a newer tablet with same size screen. I strongly recommend purchasing this battery.

easy to install - fits just like the original battery
I've just received and installed - it's working great and was very easy to install. I don't know how long the charge will last, but everything seems great so far. If I find an issue with the charge life, I'll come back and update the review later.

Very poor fit
Unknown about life, just installed, charging now, came with 65% battery. Battery is dated 2013. Easy enough to remove old and slide new unit in. Very poor fit of plastic carrier that interfaces with die cast tablet frame. one side of battery fit all locating tabs other side extreme struggle to get battery to sit into pockets for tabs. I'm a tool and diemaker, used to working on very tight tolerances. Some of the locating features were off as much as 1mm. Others have mentioned battery wire length, no issues here.Followup, after two months of use may be the cause of endless reboots and system errors. Reinstalled old battery, re-boots have stopped.

Didn't fit
I ordered Powerforlaptop Internal Battery For Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2" WiFi P900 P901 P905 T900 T905 SM-P907AZKAATT SM-T900 SM-T905 Tablets T9500 / T9500C in August of 2017 for my wife's tablet. The original battery would not keep a charge. When that battery arrived it had the Samsung brand name on it and it fit like a glove. Went right in with no effort at all. (Used a Youtube video that was really helpful with this project). Fast forward to 2019. Over the past few weeks it seemed like the battery would not charge, so I went back into my "Orders" on Amazon and clicked on the battery I ordered before and went ahead and had it shipped. The new battery did not have the "Samsung" label, but I really didn't think it mattered. However, when I went to install it, the tabs were off so that I could not get all the screws in. In fact, a couple of the tabs broke while trying to maneuver the battery so the holes would line up. Finally I just left a couple of screws out and put it together. This new battery would not take a charge. Because I have only replaced the battery once before, I could have done something wrong. However, I put the battery I was replacing back into the tablet and it seems to work (I discovered we had two bad chargers and it wasn't the battery after all - my bad). Anyhow, the battery we received now seems to be substandard and I am requesting a return. However, it is unlikely it will be accepted since I did break a couple of tabs. I will be very cautious in ordering from Amazon/Powerforlaptop again. Apparently there is inconsistency in the quality of products that they offer.
