I don't personally have any complaints about the tea itself but I personally was not able to use the tea because after 2 or 3 days, I had an allergic reaction to something in the tea. I'm not sure what. My stomach hurt pretty badly, not so much I couldn't come to work but I had a lingering headache for days even after I stopped taking it and that actually caused me not to be able to focus on work.

This is the best tea to drink if you want something that's going to clean you out. It works in about 6-7 hrs after drinking it. The only thing I don't like is the cramping, but it works.

I really like this tea, it works! The longer you leave it brewing the better it will work.

I've used Cali Girl Dieter's Tea for about 8-9 years now. I chill a gallon of brewed tea and add it to my water, maybe 1:10, I pour a half-cup into my Vitamix with a daily smoothie. It tastes good as a hot tea as well.Watch your initial intake. At the first serving, just have a few sips. you'll have results in no more than 8 hours.I also have used Anthony's Psyllium husk powder and before their batch-tested brand came along, I have taken at least a tablespoon of psyllium every day since I was maybe 10 years of age. These two natural foods will keep your colonoscopy's clear of polyps for life. I'm 69 years old and neither I nor my parents and siblings have ever had lower tract digestive problems, and the hernias that can accompany clogged, "smooth" intestinal tracts.
