The outer diameter of the charger/mount “puck” is 65mm, which is 10mm larger than the Apple Magsafe charger which is only 55mm. This means that the puck will interfere with the raised bump around the camera cutout on some magsafe cases, including my iPhone 13 Pro’s case.This means that the mount won’t sit flat/flush with the back of the phone case, and therefore the strength of the magnetic hold will not be nearly as strong, and the phone will easily fall off the mount when driving over bumps.But it should be fine if you don’t use a case.My only other complaint is that the tightening screw is shown as black in all the product photos, but it’s actually a shiny silver in the one I got, which doesn’t look great and stands out a lot since the rest of the mount is all black.

It is okay to use it on a highway when it’s smooth and no bumps however on boulevard with lots of potholes I have to catch my phone every other minute. I don’t use a charger so I can’t judge it but as a holder this device is not safe for such a heavy phone. It may work out with lighter ones but not with iPhone 13 pro for sure. Returned

First impressions - easy to install, clean look, strong magnets. CD spot is an ideal mounting location. The wireless charging feature separates this model from the competition.

This review would be five stars if there was only one version of this mount! I posted pictures, the one with the blue light around the circumference of the charger has a weaker magnet and is larger in which it will interfere with your case where the camera is. The charger with the blue circle in the middle works great, strong magnet and doesn’t interfere with your case’s camera protection. I’ve bought this three times, the 1st time I got the blue in the middle, worked great, so I bought it a second time, received the blue around the circumference one, contacted Amazon, explaining the situation, returned it and they sent a replacement only to receive the blue circumference one again. If the seller is reading this, please only provide the one that works the best. Not sure if I want to risk it again to try and get the other mount but I would love to get the one with the blue circle in the middle.

Sturdy. Clean look. Weak charge on iPhone 13 Pro Max. Charge decreases when plugged in. I wish this worked better.Update 9/25/2022: I learned that the normal USB port in cars are not strong enough for modern phones You need to have a USB-C outlet in your car. Or, run an adapter through your 12v socket and get the power through that. That’s what I did in my 2017 vehicle.
