I was having a ton of trouble falling asleep. It would take me HOURS to fall asleep. Once asleep I have no problems but I need a little nudge to get to sleep. I started taking these and within 30 minutes my eyes get heavy and I can tell I'm getting drowsy. That being said, they don't knock you out like medication by any means but definitely make it easier to fall asleep. I took one once and then decided to watch a movie and was perfectly fine staying up but when i got in bed after the movie was done i was asleep within 10 minutes. I also noticed I was more groggy the mornings after taking these so I only eat a half and make sure that I only take it before 10pm and they still work amazing.The one thing I will say is horrible about this product is the fact that the lid is not childproof. Melatonin is not considered dangerous but you don't want your toddler finding a bottle of tasty gummies in your bedside drawer. You can claim to be the most careful person in the world but until you're a parent you don't understand that you can never be careful enough. I actually had a bottle of elderberry gummies that had a childproof lid and when the elderberry was done I kept the bottle so I could put my Melatonin in there. Works perfect. It would just be nice if the product came with a better lid.

Mileage may vary but typically work.My younger brother calls these Dragon tranquilizers because of how hard they hit him. He's wary of even taking one which is a half dose because he's overslept by hours when he's used them. I'm not sure but I think he has some PTSD from his time as a Marine besides our collective childhood trauma.They work pretty well for my sweetheart though do leave him prone to oversleeping some too.I'm not quite as affected by them as I'll still wake up a time or few in the night but with these it's easier to get back to sleep when I lay back down after going to the bathroom. They do help me fall asleep but only lead to oversleeping issues if I'm otherwise exhausted when I take them. Why take them if I'm already exhausted? Cause my brain is a massive.....jerk. To put it politely. Lol

These work fairly well. I do wake up in about 2 or 3 hours but can usually get back to sleep.

Took me a while to find a product that works for me. They stopped making the ones I had before. Ended my struggle to fall asleep easily.

I notice a difference when using these gummies and my watch shows a difference with my deep sleep as well.

These came rather quickly. They also taste great. However, I took them and felt absolutely nothing. I even took more than the recommended dosage (3 instead of 2). I would take gummy melatonin on the regular so when I found these that also included extra herbs that help with calming affects (lavender, etc.) I was really excited. I ordered the two bottles. I have use them for over a week and still nothing. I will continue the bottles because it will not hurt but I am a bit disappointed.

They taste great and they work. They also arrive quickly. I order monthly and will continue to do so. I recommend them.
