First off, we love these shoes! We bought them for my sons Halloween costume. He wears a 10.5 in men’s normally, so we ordered a 13 originally anticipating that he would want some room and they were definitely too big we were turned it in ordered a size 12 and those were also too big so we returned it and ordered a size 10 which fit him perfectly. I’m sure it was a pain for the company that we returned and bought these shoes three times but they are definitely worth it it took three weeks altogether. I would rate the shoes five stars and the customer service five stars
