good mop
Easy for handling and mops well. The model for squeezing away the water is good so that the floor is not very messy with water spilled from the mop. The only reason i am giving 4 star is because the thread in the mop breaks as it often gets struck in the plastic hook like thing in the bottom of the mop. On the whole a very good mop for my kitchen.

Nice but will not purchase another
I cannot get it to stay in the up position so it can dry. I always stand this type of mop in the mop head end for it to dry in a bucket. So, I would not purchase again. But the mop head is nice quality fibers.

Good!!!
Got this mop six months ago. I have 5 kids 6 and under. I keep the mop in the tub ready to go with the mop water handy. It gets used at least three times a day and mops the hole house once a weak, the kitchen twice and the bathroom every day. I normally don't write reviews because of my dyslexia but I love this mop so much I decided to for the first time! Even if it broke soon I would get another. I have been buying lots of mops for years trying to fined something for fast use that does a good job. From the industrial big yellow bucket that is not handy, the sponge that does not clean, the swifer that is to cheaply maid and the countless others that are just to much trouble to wring out or brake within a few uses or don't get dry with there handy wringers. This mop wrings out vary good. I can get it to the point that I can just wet dust the floor and mop up spills to almost dry. I have never taken the mop head off. I wash it with vinegar, baking soda and salt and add it to my mop water and that keeps the mop from getting stinky as my family gets sick from normal cleaners. We still use the big mop for the basement but for everything else this is the mop for the job!

Difficult company to work with
Mop did not stand up to use. When I called the company to report the issue and return the mop, the company was very difficult to work with and said I had to go back to Amazon for the refund. Amazon said I had to go back to the company. When I emailed the mop company about this, they never responded. In the end, Amazon showed excellent customer service and refunded my money back. Shortly after, I received a call from the mop company stating that their return policy is 30 days, and again not responsive or willing to return the product. Poor customer service. Thank you Amazon for your excellent response and customer service. I will definetely buy through Amazon again, but would not recommend the mop or mop company.

BROKEN UPON ARRIVAL!
This is a great idea for this type of mop - using microfiber, that is. It makes the mop as light as a feather and also able to wring out as much water as you want. HOWEVER, the problem with the mop that I received is that it was broken upon arrival. There is some sort of electrical tie that is supposed to hold the mop yarn onto the base of the mop and my tie was sliced in half, therefore, not able to hold the yarn part of the mop onto the the mop handle. So, if you try and use it, you are not able to control how much pressure you want to apply because you are only pressing on the bottom of the handle while the mop yarns are just sort of flopping in all different directions. I knew something was wrong with it because I use this type of mop often. So I decided to sit and really look the thing over, only to find the broken electrical tie, which causes the mop not to work. You cant wring the mop out and you cant really "mop" with the mop. What a complete WASTE of money. I would be totally embarrassed to hand off this long slender box to my cute UPS man for a return. I'm sure I would look like a total goofball. Looking over the reviews, I should have been more cautious as there are really mixed reviews on QUALITY- basically, a mop should last you years. Bottom line -- BUYER BEWARE!!!

Best mop ever
I have used a lot of mops, this is by far the best. The only fault I found with the mop is the twisting mechanism it's made of plastic. As you know over time plastic will loose the ability to stay the same way... BUT for $17 bucks if the mop will last one year it would have only cost me $1.42 a month to have a mop that works and clean. Not bad.. not bad at all.

This is my second one
I love this mop. I have bought 2 so far an dit works great. The head comes off to wash and keep clean which I love, but the handle usually rusts out before the head wears out. If they could make mops with another material, that would make it perfect.
