A Great Source for Finding Out About Kratom...
We were wondering if kratom might be a way to assist us in dealing with some chronic pain issues. We like holistic, natural products, where possible. We didn't know much about this herb, though. This book was affordable, well-organized and informative. It didn't take me long to determine that this was not the treatment for us, at least at this time. Thanks to Dr. Nash! I don't regret the purchase for a moment.Herbs are drugs, too. You owe it to yourself to do your due diligence before beginning any new treatment. If you are thinking about using kratom, get the facts from this book.

Basic Info Available Anywhere Online. Full of Writing Errors, Redundencies and Contradictions.
With great respect for the author, who made an effort to educate, and took time to create this book, I say that this book is not at all ready for publishing. I'm not sure if English is not the author's first language, but the book is full of writing errors, misspellings, and repetitions. It needed a professional editor to go over it before it went out for sale. I'm sure this is a highly educated author, but it does not come across in this work. Several times in this short book, information is repeated word for word from a previous section. Redundancies abound. The information contained in this book is widely and easily available by doing simple Google searches. All of that being said, if you can read through the mistakes and the contradictions (for example: to say there is no cause for concern that Kratom is addicting and then going on to say that if it is used regularly and at higher doses, dependency can occur), there IS, a basic overview of Kratom and its uses. I'm sorry to be so critical, but if you are putting a book up for sale, it needs to be accurate, proof-read, and written in accordance with the writing and grammar rules of the language it is being offered in.

Great Concise Book for Beginners
Although I would like to see a book with more research, at this point there is so little scientific research done on Kratom, we have mostly stories from Kratom users to depend on. With that said, this little book on Kratom and its uses is well written, concise, and contains everything a person new to the use of Kratom could need. As someone who uses it for pain from Fibromyalgia and severe back issues, I found it quite useful, and I still refer to it after two years of continually using Kratom, not only for pain, but to wean me off the use of Fentenyl, that I was on for over ten years. If you want to use Kratom for a chronic pain problem, or for helping in mood relief, and definitely for opiate withdrawal, I highly recommend this book as a first step in informing yourself about Kratom and how it may be used.

Horrible writing or translation
Other than the introduction, this book is written in horrific English. Reads much like the assembly directions that come with products made in China, ie very poor translation to English. This book wasn't written by anyone named Christopher Nash. Book says nothing about the author (Dr.)? or who published it. Same your money. Not even one star.

Good product. Thanks.

Poorly written
Probably the most poorly written book I have ever read. The same information was covered many times and there was a serious lack of knowledge of the English language. Some worthwhile information but what there was would fit in a 10 page pamphlet in my opinion

So-so book
Small amount of information for the price. However, I did find out the two things I needed to know: 1. It's illegal in Wisconsin. 2. It's addictive.I was looking for a more natural pain reliever than the Excedrin and Napraxon Sodium that I've been taking, but this is not it.The book would have benefited from some professional editing.

Interesting book.
The author has written a good book, he has set out the facts, leaving the reader to make up his own mind as to decide whether to go ahead, and what quanties and how often to consume. A highly intelligent book allowing intelligent readers to make up their own minds.
