It is very good for the price you are paying. But you shouldn’t expect something amazing. I wouldn’t say it is the most comfortable for the cats. It took a couple of hours for my experienced cat to figure out that it was a water fountain and that she can drink fromit. To this day, she has difficulty drinking from it. Her chest fur always gets wet from it. I would say go to better model if you have long hair cat.

Have been using this product for more than 6 months and still is working fine .. i clean it once a week and make sure to clean the pump as well so it doesnt make noise

Works well. Little noisy when the water becomes low but it has encouraged my cats to drink more water so that's good. It has also removed the time wherein I need to change the water daily coz this is has a filter. Oh and this doesn't have a plug that you can put in a socket but a USB one so be ready with an extension with a USB port.

Its a great product but I wish it lasted longer than a couple months. Its the third one I buy…

I thought to wait a little before I write the review, and ohh the cat loves this fountain and she stopped begging for water in every sink in the house. she finishes half of the tank in 2 days, filter will last 2-4 weeks depending on the water quality and dust in the house because it's sitting on the floor.Motor is completely silent without any vibrations at all.Cable is long around 1 meter with an adapter in the end.Just put water around the filter area, not above it, so the water can circulate up the fountain and down the filter to clean it.it could have a on and off switch somewhere along the cable but this can be done fairly easy
