I am impressed by how non-stick this pan is. Fried eggs just slide out. The pan is a good size for stir fries, it serves me as a wok! Whatever it is that makes it non-stick, it’s not one of those coatings that flake off easily. It looks very robust, like it will last for a long time. Overall, I’m very pleased. I would like to get it in a smaller size as well, but I really don’t have any more room in my kitchen cupboards!

Had this a year now, along with the matching wok (which I've also reviewed). Love them both, use both of these pans before any saucepans or other pans if I can.When we cook steak they come out perfectly, need practically no oil or grease in them and any meat juices are easily thickened and then poured with the spouts. Use it for poached eggs all the time. The lid stops any spitting of anything and it will also steam things nicely with the lid on. Works well for pancakes also.Hand washing with Method washing up liquid and we use plastic or silicon utensils. Never needed to put it in the dishwasher. Quick wipe with some kitchen roll, then quick blast of hat tap water and a wipe around with washing up liquid and a sponge. Made sauces, cooked steak, fried sausages and bacon, fried eggs, and rarely need more if any than about a teaspoon of oil. If I'm concerned about anything sticking, I use a sprayable coconut oil. Dry frying works fine though.Love this and the wok so much, I am now looked to add the Paella pan so I can use it like a griddle for things like pancakes and crumpets. We have a coeliac in the house, so we are constantly cooking and these are so easy to clean I never have to worry about any cross contamination of food.They are fairly heavy pans, though to be fair to the pans, a lot of that is my health/functional ability and without a bit of weight to them, the heat transfer wouldn't be nearly as good.Love the pouring spouts on this and the lid. Small amount of assembly require when they arrive, but that does mean less packaging overall, and it was just a quick screw with a cross head screwdriver. Not had to tighten anything since I assembled them in January 2022.Very very happy with these pans, and I'm not an easy woman to please, as hubby would testify to! lol

Best frying pan I've had and super easy to clean.

The media could not be loaded. Much pleased with this robust well made non stick pan with a solid feature glass lid. Very durable, versatile and easy to clean. Will cook, boil or fry most anything from fish, chicken, vegetables, sausage, bacon, eggs etc. It is nice and deep so ideal for stir frying. Comes in different sizes and two colours, I bought the 'red large size' one as I wanted to cook and stir fry whole meals and different food items in one go. It has a neat 'heat indicator' in the handle that turns white when its reached temperature. Its heavy and solid built but you get use to the weight of it. It's not the cheapest pan on the market, but worth spending that bit extra for a well made 'one pan wonder' that will last and last. ****Chef Paul 👨‍🍳.

I purchased this as our last pan which last 6 years finally gave up.As described you are to heat the pan then add oil and wipe it over with a cloth or in our case blue roll, it does say do not cook on high heatWe have used it a couple of times, first was for stir fry and we cooked without oil, no stick at all and the pan wiped clean with some blue rollSecond time I made a curry and was expecting the pan to change colour due to all the spices, was very surprised, again no oil and just cooked the pork and onions then after 10 mins added the sauce, used the lid and let it simmer for 20 mins.Didn't stick at all and I just rinsed it with warm water and dried it off with blue roll, superb to be honest.Am so impressed that I intend to buy the grill pan and the wok

This is a great wok/pan. The non-stick is still going strong after several months and I use it most days for everything. Omelets? Egg-sellent results. Stir fry? It's my number one bok-choy-ice of cooking apparatus. The heat indicator fell out after about 4 weeks, but if you need a bit of rubber to tell you if your pan is hot then your food probably tastes like guff anyway.Bought this as a replacement for a "pan-for-life", Our Place Always Pan which cost me £150. This one is better in every way and is a fraction of the price.We'll done Intignis..! Leave the heat indicator off though.

Sto usando questa padella tutti i giorni ed è veramente ottima. Il costo è alto, ma la qualità è ottima. L'unica cosa di cui sono rimasto scettico è il coperchio che si appanna, malgrado abbia un foro e sulla padella ci siano due beccucci laterali (per fare versare i liquidi), per cui non capisco perchè accada, al punto da non vedere il cibo all'interno. Se uso dei normali coperchi in vetro (comprati all'IKEA) questi non si appannano se non quel poco, ma non viene impedito di vedere l'interno della padella.

Il prezzo sicuramente è alto rispetto a quelle che trovi al supermercato ma, apparte che includono anche il coperchio, li valgono tutti perché è davvero antiaderente ed è ottima per il piano a induzione.L’unica pecca è che si appanna il petto del coperchio e non si vede bene l’interno.Per il resto ottima
