I'm a golfer who plays everyday and probably hits a hundred balls on the driving range every day as well. I needed to have neurosurgery three times in my left palm because of impact injuries, nerve callouses and overuse from golf. I tried many things to protect the area, using corn pads and all types of foam padding etc and nothing could protect the surgical incisions and the constant swelling/pain. I randomly came across this product and it has saved my life. I cut a piece just the right size and slip it into my golf glove and it literally takes all of the shock from hitting a ball off of my hand. It is soft but very dense, so dense you can't squeeze your two fingers together with it. They provide you with a generous amount for even the largest of spots. I have ordered this twice now, cut them all down to size to fit in my glove, and carry them in my golf bag and in the car and everywhere else so I am never without them. I would have had to give up the game if it wasn't for these pads. I'm shocked my sports neurosurgeon didn't even know about them and now recommends them to everyone with similar injuries

It's also expensive, and I don't see how I'd ever use it.
