Snap snap! Actually on boats (a Bayliner 175 GT) my experience is that press studs if secured with a pop rivet (in salt water environment) eventually pull out when removing the carpet or cover. These ones screw in to the glass fibre (and the pop rivet hole is bang on the correct size) and these do not pull out - ever.Also in salty environments rub a little vaseline onto the press stud before use tends to make removal easier.So the moral is "screw dont pop".

Appear to be good by not a year old yet.Changed 60, not these, last year on my boat and had to buy these to replace them as they were all rusty. Will keep you informed.

The photos which show this item give the impression that the tools for fitting the buttons come with them. My order has arrived and there are no tools included. When you read the customer questions on whether or not the tools come with the buttons? Some answer 'yes' and others 'no'. The description of the item gives you no idea if the tools are included or not, if they are not then they should not be shown in the photos.
