Love quotes to add to my handmade cards plus I am making special books using my art work plus quotes to inspire my grandkids. Besides thought provoking quotes I want to add humor. They are all either in college or entering this fall. I want them to know Grandma will be with them in spirit,giving them,hopefully , inspiration and love. One granddaughter is joining the Navy like I did so her quote book will be bringing her book to adventure. Sure the humorous quotes will brighten her adventures.

There are few good ones but most of the quotes are not funny.But for the price and the way it’s categorized I think it’s okay.

Here is a collection of humorous quotations well-worth the modest investment. I am just grouchy enough to realize I can use some light-hearted comments, but most often think what's generally available is … simply un-funny. Here is a large selection, quotes given by subject in chapters, and from a very wide selection of persons. I belong to postcrossing.com (a group where thousands of members send postcards, in an orderly fashion, and receive some, from all around the world, back). A bit of comical comment is appreciated! I also write letters (and e-mails) to several friends, and they are very receptive to the funny takes. This country can always use some good, funny - but not sarcastic (or worse) humor! Recommend it for all. I'm now going to see what else M. Prefontaine has collected along the lines of hilarity and teasing!

I enjoy good cask “real ale”, and this book has provided amusing gentle entertainment that can be accessed sporadically while I’m having a beer. It often made me laugh aloud prompting me to have to quote a passage to curious onlookers.

No bad; funny quotes but not the funniest, some make the lower lip instantly pulled out with a feeling of is it a joke at all. Once readable, but not for long years to look in at times of need for a joke. Anyway, OK.
