Wasn’t sure when I saw it was not new but it worked so far.

I went to install the breaker and the left lug was all buggered up. They are tight from the factory, but it looked like someone couldn't unscrew the lug properly and the whole top of the screw was destroyed. After looking closely at the rest of the breaker, it looked like it rolled around in someone's truck for a while. It also had scrape marks on the main lugs where it was installed before.
