This is certainly an intriguing method to warm or cool the feet. It's a system of compartments that pocket small gel packs. The socks, themselves, are composed of a stretch material, thus one size fits all. The material: "Our premium stretch fabric is comprised of a high-grade nylon, silk and spandex blend that retains its shape and elasticity even after multiple wears and washes." Indeed, the material has impressive stretch characteristics. I wear a mens 8.5 shoe, and the socks fit almost perfectly, with slight stretch. The significant other has smaller feet, and they fit her as well. So, I think the socks live up to their claims (sorry, we don't have anyone with very large feet to test out the upper limits).They include straps with velcro connections, to better secure the socks in place. This is notably needed for the ankle segment. The gel packs will tend to weigh down the material. including the straps was a smart design addition, giving the user an option.The front of the box says "Cold Therapy Socks", but the back of the box, and the user guide, provide directions on using the gel packs for heat therapy. These will be a godsend for her during the winter, when her feet are always cold. In the past, we would heat a large gel pack, and she'd rest her feet on them. This product seems like a more elegant and stylish solution. I think when used, one should prepare to remain seated. I would not recommend walking on the enclosed gel pack.The socks have smart, clever design, with quality materials and manufacture. Careful examination of the socks and gel packs reveal a very well crafted product. It earns a 4.25 - 4.5 star rating, with a moderately high level recommendation.

I love having the ice packs in the socks so you don't have to try to hold them on your feet. And boy do they get cold! They help a lot with my plantar fasciitis. And the ice packs are in all the right places.

These are great for tired feet. Only wish the ice packs stayed colder a bit longer.

I suffer from chronic gout. These socks have been a lifesaver for me. Being able to switch between hot and cold is such a wonderful option. One is kept in the freezer and one on the shelf ready to be heated up. Excellent!

I used this for plantar facitis and then also for a broken toe. The multiple pockets for ice packs means you can put the ice exactly where you need it.

The media could not be loaded.  My feet are size 6 and these socks fit me a little loose. The fabric is thin, stretchy and made of nylon, silk and spandex blend. The gel packs get very cold or hot depending on what temperature you need. I tried both the heat and cold temperature. After leaving the socks on my feet for a minute, the cold packs froze my feet and the heat packs felt too hot on my skin. I suggest wearing these socks on top of another socks to diffuse the temperature. Overall, I love the concept. It is easy to use and the gel packs wrap around my feet and give me great coverage. I wish the fabric was a little thicker to offset the hot and cold.

ha llegado el producto con los geles petados, todo el gel esparcido por dentro del producto; no me merece ya ninguna confianza, lo he devuelto pero no lo volvere a pedir. Se supone que tiene que ser un producto de batalla, sometido a cierta presion, que se pueda meter y sacar del congelador sin que las juntas sufran deterioros y que dure, porque barato no es. Una decepcion total, estuve esperando la disponibilidad del articulo varios meses, para ahora esto

Product does what it supposed to do - makes it easy to ice your feet when required.I struggle with Plantar Facitis and after exercise wanted to ice my heels and feet - these socks make it so easy to do compared to trying to strap frozen peas to my feet!Only improvement would be another couple of straps, maybe even a wider strap.I've not tried the heat option yet.
