#3838 Must be used with the factory block.
Superlift #3838 3” lifting blocks fit my 2006 1500 GMC Z71 truck perfectly. When installing remember that the aftermarket block is to be used with the factory block, otherwise the shackle will be too long. Also, the block kit fits a variety of applications and the shackles seem to be longer than necessary on a 1500 but have enough threading to allow for proper tightening. Installation was approximately 90 minutes from start to finish without an assistant. Check the torque on the shackle nuts after your test drive and again after a week of driving. Don’t forget to install shock extenders or longer shocks to fit your application. I’m satisfied with the product and recommend it to anyone who is on a budget and will be doing the work themselves.

This is garbage.
The blocks on the picture are different. Blocks won’t fit the holes (got to file it to fit). The u-bolt are way too long. The treads on the bolts are short (got to put plenty of washers). Way too expensive than others. This is a ripoff.

Not a 3” lift block!!!
The lift blocks I received only measure 2 1/2” tall! I needed the 3” block that was advertised to come in the kit!
