Quicklee 1" Bar Collar Black Sold as Pair

Broke in less than a year. With less than normal use

I take Les Mills Body Pump classes at the gym. And these quick release bar collars are amazing and much easier to use than the clips.

This collar is only (just reasonably) effective, on TUBING ONLY.It is not dependable (nor safe), for use on BARS.

I don't like the word love in this context, it is a 5. I had been using that particularly for some time. One was damaged by accident, so I had to purchase another pair. I thought I was ordering a new product. I first got a bright red pair, no packaging with Golds Gym stamped on them. When I contacted the seller, I was asked to return them and the correct pair would be sent. These also looked old. I am not picky, so I simply lubricated them cleaned them up and am using them. They are fine, but it makes me wonder what I initially ordered. The photo on amazon showed a black set of collar clamps but I received the red golds gym pair. Neither were in any kind of packaging. As I said they do work fine. and I prefer this type because they are quick to put on and remove.

Both collars broke within 1 week. Do yourself a favor, spring for the iron set. You get what you pay for here.

These collars are super easy to use and seem pretty sturdy. I haven't used them for very long yet, but it looks like they'll be getting a lot of use from me.

I've had these Quicklee collars for going on 7 years now. I use them with my Ivanko standard barbell (I don't even know if Ivanko still makes standard). Anyway, these are a breeze to use and have held up reasonably well. They also look much more elegant than those scissor style clamp collars which are a pain to use. Hard to complain about something that works as advertised and has continued to work for a long time.
