I purchased one of these spice blends at the store and quickly found it to be a favorite so I went on Amazon to fund more. I purchased this 3 pack and it arrived in the mail shattered. There was no bubble wrap or any protection in the box. I went on Amazon to file a retuen/exchange and was told this item can't be returned or refunded because it is food. I had to talk to customer service twice and was thoroughly annoyed but eventually got a refund so I could reorder. Otherwise, the actual spice blends are amazing and are now my go-to favorites. I'm about to go order all of the other blends with my refund.

I have diabetes and high blood pressure. I wish that I could make frozen meals salt free. I do not have the energy to cook elaborate dishes anymore. I welcome the idea of salt-free seasonings.I want to try the garlic bread seasoning first, lots of garlic is fine, but the salt. I use garlic salt as a shortcut! I cannot wait to try this one.The roasted garlic and red pepper is one that I think I will use sparingly at first. The percentage of garlic and black pepper, with 7 % red bell pepper and other spices. Personally, I cannot get enough red bell pepper, so I would like it better with more of it and less garlic and black pepper. I think I will try it on grits.The last one is herbs de Provence, I am familiar with using that combination but maybe it would be good with eggs and help potstickers have a twist in flavor.While it’s 70% Garlic and Pepper, it’s the subtle combination of other delicious herbs and spices that makes these spices pop! e

This seasoning is not just good for veg and fries...I add it to almost everything I am cooking. I particularly like it on cooked zucchini and cabbage. This evening I tried it on mixed steamed greens (spinach, kale and baby swiss chard along with some bacon drippings and it was wonderful! Can't do without it.

I have family members and friends who need to limit their salt intake and it's hard to find tasty spice blends to use when they are visiting. My experience with these spices was mixed. The garlic blend and the roasted pepper blend are fantastic. They are packed with flavor, despite having no salt. However, I thought the Herbes De Provence was horrible. It was so bad, in fact, that I threw it in the garbage. It tasted like bitter flowers.
