I have an adhesive allergy but these are fine
These are the only statlocks I can use. I am allergic to adhesive so I can't use most but these don't use adhesive. They use sticky silicone (like the sticky bras and pasties use), it's the texture that makes them stick (like gecko feet), not glueDefinitely do not leave them on longer than the five days it suggests though as they get gross eventually and can get itchy with acne forming underneathThey don't stay on the best but as a full-time wheelchair user they stay on well enough

Dangerous product
This product is dangerous because of the adhesion or I should say lack of adhesion. The box came with 5 items and they are supposed to last a week (each) but I went through 3 of them in just 2 days. The first one I applied I accidentally touched the sticky side before it was applied. That one peeled up instantly. I blamed myself and tossed the first one away. Being extremely careful on the second one, not to touch the back, it was applied directly to the skin. It lasted about 15 minutes before the edges started to unpeel. I tried to use medical tape around the edges but the item still came off. Here's the dangerous part. I applied the third one and it seemed to adhere better. It stayed on for hours. There was just one very small section that was letting go. I went to sleep and in the middle of the night it unstuck. Unaware that there was nothing holding in my catheter, I continued to sleep. I toss from one side to the other when I sleep and there was a VERY good chance that I might have pulled my catheter out while I slept. This product is not to be trusteed. You might be saving a few bucks but it is not worth it, in the long run. I learned that spending the bucks for the brand they use in the hospital (not going to drop their name) is a wise investment. A few extra dollars in your pocket is not worth the risk of ripping out your caterer while you are sleeping just because you rolled over.

Work well
Rather pricey but they work well. Made well. Would purchase again.

Do not Shower with these on.
Worked great until I took a shower, then fell of at the most inopportune time. Great clip, wish the adhesive was better.

Didn’t Hold for A Day
The product wouldn’t hold for even a few hours. I had to tape it to my leg to hold it for even a day. Worst product ever.

Works well, except the adhesive turns loose too easily
The swiveling part works flawlessly, but the adhesive tends to turn loose in a little under a week when the patient gets two showers/week. I'm still looking for a similar design, but with slightly stronger adhesive.

Don't waste your money
They don't stay adhered to your skin. I went through 2 in the first day. They just won't stick and it's very dangerous to have your catheter tubes just dangling, especially if it happens in your sleep. So I guess, since my 2nd one came loose during my sleep, I went through 3 in the first day.I was hoping that this would give me more bang for my buck, but as often as it comes loose and needs to be changed, it actually costs more in the long run.

best catheter clips I have tried.
I don't know whether anything was different with the box of five that I got, but based on that, I do not quite understand the negative reviews. Of multiple products I used, this one is far above the rest of the catheter clips. Yes, the "sticky stuff" is a bit different, but in the bunch of weeks that I have been using them, they never failed me and, unlike at least some of the other "superglue" :) ones, I never even had a hint of skin irritation. That despite my removing that thingie at night, it peels off easy without pain, and sticks right back on in the morning. I remove it while in the shower, but not sure whether I need to. I replace it about once per week, but I don't know whether that is necessary either. After having seen some skin irritations with other products, I am glad that this one exists.
