Q: What are the medal dimensions and ribbon length?

The medals are 35mm in diameter. The total length of ribbon, fastened, is about 52cm.

Q: Would these fit adults?

No we got these for end of the school year "promotion" ceremony for 5 year olds . It would definitely not fit an adult without a lot of struggle.

Q: are they double-sided? or just have saying on one side of circle part?

They are double sided. On the front face and back face you will find circular stickers adhered. The same sticker design is used on both sides.

Q: how do these fasten? does it have velcro? can you take off the medal part?

No they do not have velcro and no you can't take off the medal part.
