My son wanted these for pitching stretches and we got the adult ones since he is in high school. He said they are a little stiff but with use will stretches out a bit otherwise a great product for pitchers

My son strained a forearm muscle during his baseball season...he rested it and resumed pitching only to reaggravate it. At the advice of a coach, purchased these bands and encouraged son to do during off-days as well as pre-game (along with post-activity icing) and these helped him to return to the mound without re-aggravation of injury. Everyone's results will be different, but I believe these bands will be a part of his routine for foreseeable future.

I purchased this for my 15 yr old and my 11 yr old sons. They both utilize this before intense throwing or pitching. It’s a great pre-pitching routine. It also comes with instructions with workout routine.

product seems great - nice and sturdy - good quality materials.I did not secure this well, and placed it around the the door knob. My son was working out with it, and pulled the grips toward him...the whole end device came flying at him (user error). Crisis averted when the metal attachment at the end struck & skinned my son's nose - fortunately not his eye causing damage. It seems great, but be smart about what you hook the thing to.
