genuinely magical -- ran out of my usual solution so figured i'd try this given the rave reviews... and it seriously works!!! follow the instructions to the T and it cleans as promised. i had been having issues cleaning my big fluffy contour brush and this does it SUPER quick, no scrubbing away and wondering where all the soap goes. no rinse is true, and dries pretty quick. has a vanilla smell as others say, but is not too strong. makes brush cleaning so much less of a hassle!!!

This is such a perfect way to clean your makeup brushes. Simply dip and wipe on a wash cloth or paper towels and they smell good after cleaning. I recommend buying the larger bottle because you will appreciate the ease of caring for those brushes.

Usage is exactly as expected as it works very well. Cleaned my brushes nicely and they were dry immediately.

This literally only needs a tiny tiny bit of product to clean your brushes! I did not expect it to work as well as it did, very impressed. It even cleaned a crusted up foundation brush! It cleaned up stained blush brush. I’m not crazy about the smell, I prefer it to have enough of a sent to smell it or no sent at all. This has such a light sent that it smells odd. I can deal with it though because it works magic on the brushes!!

Just a little bit of product goes a long way! I can just quickly dip my brushes into the liquid and all the makeup wipes right off. The scent in the bottle and while you are cleaning the brushes smells like rubbing alcohol, but your brushes are left with a nice vanilla scent once they are dry (dries fast!) The scent lingers on the brushes - which is nice when you are using them. I suggest using a paper towel to wipe the brushes down after dipping them in the solution.

It’s crazy how well this product works!!! I can’t even believe it!!! I got the 8oz bottle with the tin cup. I put the tiniest amount into that the tin and then dip my brushes in and then wipe everything off! And it goes off with ease. The little instructions that came with it say to not stir as the bristles will natural pick up what it can hold. And I am seriously impressed! I only dope my brushes in enough to watch the bristles absorb what they need and then all the colors and products wipe right off reveal my beautiful clean brushes. I’ve used it to clean off brow pomade, eyeshadow and gel eyeliner and I can’t even believe how quick and easy it to clean my brushes with this! One of my brushes is very dense and packed full with synthetic hairs and I had to use the lid to be able to dip my brush. It cleaned flawlessly just didn’t try immediately. My bigger brushes seem to require a little dry time while the smaller ones cleaned and dried easier. I am very happy with this product and would absolutely recommend it!!!

I really like this product. It has a very pleasant scent, however, I'm not sure it's worth the price. This bottle in particular was a one-time use. So if you're going to purchase this, don't expect it to last. I did buy the jumbo size at the Sephora sale, and am returning it. I find that lavender Castile soap works very well. And for in between deep cleans, Anisa Beauty has an amazing aerosol spray cleaner. That is worth every penny. I received it as a sample, so it was very small, but I was able to use it three times. As opposed to only getting one use out of this. I guess it's just preference. I would normally put this in a spray bottle and use it to clean my brushes in between my deep cleans, but after using the one from Anisa, there is no way I couldn't ever use something else. Although I still do use the lavender Castile soap for my deep cleans. It is much cheaper. And I personally am not big on the vanilla scent. But I am sure that someone that does love the scent of vanilla, would really like this.
