Utopia Hayworth Coupe Glass 10.25oz / 290ml - Set of 6 - Vintage Glassware, Stemware, Champagne Glasses

I received the glasses on Tuesday evening and I must say, they are asbolutely GORGEOUS! The fluting/ribbing on the glass is very delicate and not overly bumpy or sharp, the stem is thin and long (which is a personal preference of mine), and it fits a martini perfectly. The glasses were somewhat cloudy on delivery but I imagine that’s what happens when they are wrapped in bubble wrap and tissue paper.The box was double packaged with care and lots of extra cardboard to ensure the glasses were safely transported. I especially liked that there was a minimal amount of plastic - most of the stuffing was recycled cardboard and paper.One glass was unfortunately damaged, but I think this was prior to packing. I messaged the seller on Tuesday evening and had a response on Wednesday morning that they would send me a replacement asap. They immediately provided me with the tracking number and I received the replacement glass this morning (Thursday). The exchange and experience with Linda was lovely and I felt heard and taken care of. She was very helpful and handled the entire exchange kindly and professionally. I hope her manager reads this review as well!

Be warned if you are buying these as a wedding gift, they are seconds. There are a few bubbles in the glass and black frit marks from the kiln process.Much wider brimmed than I was expecting - more of a martini glass than coupe champagne glasses. On the whole, not bad. You get what you pay for.

The glasses are seconds, some have a bubble in the glass, some a skewed ornament. This was not in the description and I do not think the price is fair for this quality.
