I just got this one this afternoon. It’s alreadyassembled and ready for guests! I am a senior widow, so that’s saying so,etching. Once I got someone with a dolly to move it into my apt. I was able to assemble myself pretty easily. It is not a soft sofa but is still comfortable to sit on. Easy to change from sofa to bed though would definitely get a foam cover if someone you care,about is going to sleep on it. Overall, a good value for the price.

It was pretty easy to assemble, though it was missing one of the nuts to properly put one of the armrests on, so until I find one, it’s wobbly. There’s a stain on it. One of the bolts wouldn’t go in, after digging around a piece of metal (I think one of the pieces that goes between the washer and the bolt) popped out. All of the legs are banged up. Then after all the bs, I tested it out, and there is a HUGE metal bump in the middle of the bed!!! I might as well give my guests a tent and ask them to sleep on rocks. Was not aware I was buying a used product, but seems that way! So overall a piece of crap, wasted and hour of my life putting it together, and since the silica bags inside we’re busted, I will spend the rest of my life vacuuming this experience out of my guest room.

Just purchased this. Assembly was easy enough. Would recommend a second person to hold couch upright when putting the arms on. I did it myself but would be much easier with a 2nd person.Thought I was shorted the arm rests and pillows but there is a compartment under the sofa that holds them which is nice if u ever want to store extra blankets or pillows for a guest. But have to say it’s not very comfortable. Back of couch is very stiff along with the seat. Hoping it breaks in after sitting on it for awhile. But in my personal opinion this would not be something I would use for guest seating, more for a kids room or a spare room for a sleeper/couch if needed for a smaller room to save space. Also the pillows are a bit smaller than what they look like in the picture. They do have a zipper on them so you could always replace the fluff inside with more or if u had to wash them. Overall the build quality is good but hoping it gets a bit less stiff over some time.

Used this futon in my dorm room (pictured above). Worked fairly well for me all year, and will likely be using for another year.Pros:Sleek design, looks a lot more put together than most futons.Very easy to assembleEasy to convertFit comfortably under my lofted Twin XL bed (shown above)Cons:In the middle of the cushion where you could sit, there is a very hard piece of wood/metal framing that is uncomfortable to sit down onAfter a few months of fairly regular use, some of the metal part of the frame started popping out of the bottom and the right side bracket where the arm connects had become loose (note that both of these may have been due to a particularly rowdy guest that we had, so take this with a grain of salt).In short, the futon looks great and is a decent value if you are able to use it for a couple years, but isn't the most comfortable option as far as futon/couch options go. If I were to go shopping for dorm furniture again, I would probably opt for a regular loveseat couch instead.

Let me start by saying the only reason I chose this sofa over the other ones was because of the ratings. So let me break this down to you, they got 2 stars for delivering it quickly. Period Haven't used it as a bed yet, its okay comfortable but not for more than 2 people, could deffinitely get better quality and much better service for a little more money elsewhere! Fabric is a little scratchy and seat is not only short wdth wise, but very low to the ground.CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT!!!!!Story::The allen wrench they provided is made from such skimp metal that after screwing one leg in the wrench started stripping, making it completely unusable! I just moved to a new state, and I have a very simple toolbox, and the other allen wrench I did have was too big for the screws. So, I "contacted the seller" as well as amazon and let them know what my issue was. Hoping for some kind of support from this company.Get an email back from homegoods saying to call mon-fri, I call 10am monday morning to get an answering machine! Left a message: name, number, brief discription of problem. No call back. Tuesday comes around, give another call..Yay a person, NOPE! She switches me over to "customer service" to the voicemail. Left ANOTHER VOICEMAIL, this makes 2 unanswered voicemails. No call back. Thursday rolls around, give them a call, VOICEMAIL IS FULL. Are you kidding me?!!? I called back, dialed a random extension and left a voicemail. Contacted Amazon for them to email the company again. Its been a week, still no word from them.Good thing my situation wasnt anything more dire.....Moral of the story::dont by couches online and NEVER buy from Homegoods mania if you want the possibilty of customer service.

Not the most comfortable couch but it looks very nice. I’ve had for a while and when it first came in, it was a bit too firm. As time went on it’s become softer which is great. Only thing is only the side that’s used often is softer. Also it’s a bit low so I’d you want a bit off the floor then maybe no this but I love it.

The leg bent on it after only a cpl weeks. It did not come with the two side pillows as pictured. It's really made to look comfy in the pic but is really hard when you sit/lay on it. I'm disappointed. I wish I would have paid more for a better one because this was not worth the 200+ I paid for it. My son was excited to receive it but is disappointed as well seeing that I bought it for him.
