This puzzle is not getting the right rating because this was one fun puzzle to put together. The challenging part to me was the odd shaped pieces and the fact that there were only two traditional corner pieces. So, after reading previous reviews about missing and flawed pieces, I thought I was working on a flawed puzzle. It was all nonsense. I plugged through working on other parts of the puzzle until I figured out that the weird shapes actually created the corners. Anyway, the finished puzzle created an attractive picture so I preserved the puzzle.

Not quite finished with this puzzle yet but I’m really enjoying it! I put it on my coffee table so anyone who came over could have a shot at finding a piece. It was great at our family get togethers! I will definitely make this part of my Christmas traditions. Love so much that it is made in the USA!!! That was one of the deciding factors on this puzzle. Definitely will buy from this company again!

Very sturdy pcs my favorite brand to purchase

I was super worried about ordering this puzzle because the first one we received had a piece missing, but true to warranty claim, they gave us no problem about returning it. I purchased a different one instead of replacing and this one had all it's pieces! It has a very nice picture and the pieces are sturdy and go together well when done properly. (lol)The only reason I gave it four stars is because the box had a lot of puzzle dust in it. I also ordered another one to give as a gift so I hope the missing piece one was a fluke. In any case, the quality is good so worth the risk when it has such a great warranty.

My son and I worked on this puzzle over Christmas. I thought it would be easier than it was but we enjoyed putting it together while Christmas movies played in the background! No missing pieces and the scene/colors are pretty.

Beautiful puzzle. I selected it for the design as I love the scene and it looks great put together. I am not a regular puzzle person so take this for what it's worth but it was a little more challenging than I was expecting as the pieces are irregularly shaped - this made it fun to do together as a family though.

My puzzle was missing a piece and the pieces were warped, even though the bag was sealed. I still did it. It's a lovely puzzle, but I didn't pass it along as I normally do - just tossed it after I did it. It obviously was wet before being packaged and I always count the pieces as I take them out. I counted three times and there was a piece missing before I started doing it. Springbok puzzles re usually excellent so I will chalk this one up as an anomaly and will still purchase this brand.

Casse-tête magnifique et livraison très rapide! Beau défi avec les pièces qui ont des formes vraiment spécial pas évident de trouver les contours mais on a eu beaucoup de plaisir! Première expérience avec Springbok je vais en essayer d'autres c'est sûre!
