I am not happy with the product. It stopped working one time. I filled oil in it and after some time it stopped again. Again filled oil.

Received the very fast which was good, but by just looking at the box I could tell that there is something wrong with it.Inspected it found rear wheel broken off and the packaging itself was like this unit has been returned a million times, box is all damaged not sealed properly with so many tracking stickers on it, indicating that this has been returned multiple times before.Really disappointing product!!!!

Like a lot of others on here, the carrying handle on mine also arrived broken. I'm keeping the jack though because I bought it for it's lifting ability not the carry handle. It was also a little low on fluid too. For these reasons I'm docking it one star. Other wise it seems to be a pretty solid, well built jack. Used it to rotate my tires and had now trouble slowing lowering the car back on it's wheels. The 2.5 Ton Jack does not come with a case just an FYI. I have an impala and and a Fiesta and it lifted both plenty high enough to get a wheel off the ground without maxing out the jack.

This has to be one of the best purchases for my vehicles. Why pay Tesla to come out and charge you $60 to rotate your tires when you can do it yourself? Build quality is great, it is sturdy, and easy to use. Great value for your money if you rotate your own tires or work on cars. I've already justified my purchase with the amount of times I rotated my tires vs paying someone else to do it.

I bought this hydraulic jack as an emergency jack because my car fell (tires were still on while I was getting hack stands ready) once from the worthless scissor jack that comes with the car and I want the case to keep the jack in the car. The Performance Tool 2.25 ton jack is more powerful and sturdier than scissor jacks especially in emergency situations where the ground may be not be perfectly flat. My observations so far are that while overall the jack looks solid it has some negative aspects as well. I'm not crazy about pumping the jack a dozen or more times to get to the desired height but this can be overlooked on an emergency jack. The handle fits loosely on the jack causing a lot of play and probably the reason why it takes so many pumps to lift the jack. I'm sure I can fit the end of the handle with a piece of metal pipe or something to thicken it and reduce the looseness while pumping. For me the jack is a solid 4 because it does what its supposed to do but its clear the manufacturer cut a couple of corners. My case arrived in good condition unlike some of the other people who bought it.Pros:- Has a case which is great for keeping the jack in the car for an emergency- It has a good weight to it and generally feels solid and powerful- It has a handle (you need to install it)- Has more power and height than many similar jacks within its class (this is a key reason why I bought it)Cons:- Handle fits loosely causing lots of play when pumping the jack- Takes a lot of pumps to raise the jack but this is somewhat expected at this class and price range- Some people complained about broken cases - mine arrived okIf you get this jack be sure to follow the instructions before you use it the first time. You need to pump the jack six times with the valve released to distribute fluid evenly through internal components. The video with the jack's description has a quick walkthrough of this procedure. It takes less than a minute.

Jack appears to be decent quality but not sure why they even bothered with the case,it is cheap,flimsy plastic that is definitely not strong enough for the jack.My case arrived with multiple cracks and breaks.
