No, you’d want to use a cleat hitch on the boat side, so you can adjust your tension to the cleat depending on anchor rode depth.

Q: is this line suitable for fishing lakes with depth of50ft.?

I fish in 30-50’ waters with the 150’ length on my bow and 100’ as my stern anchor to stop swing over my fish finder located schools. At 50’ depth, you have 3:1 scope, which holds just fine in calm waters. Nastier water, you may want to get out of there anyway.

Q: How big is the shackle at the end of the line?

Not close by right now, but it’s maybe 1.5” 2” diameter with a throat of perhaps 1” max. The shackle itself is probably 1/4” round steel. It should exceed the strength of the rope I would think.
