I was so excited to try this product and just received it today. However when i oepend the box there was mold all over the top of the tube and in the box. It was disgusting. I never write reviews or complain but this was so gross and such a let down. There was nothing in the tube, the brush was dry.

i bought this product knowing it was probably not the best and probably wouldn't work, but i did not expect THIS. I put the serum on and went to sleep and when i woke up i thought it looked pretty good, a couple hours later i developed this large red rash under my eyes and it has not gone away all day now. It 100% has to be the lash serum as I did not use any other new products on my face. I don't have normally sensitive skin so this is seriously bad. I now have to deal with people looking at me because I look like i got pepper sprayed. Disappointed and hurt, LITERALLY.

Horrific. Box came practically destroyed. Item was dried up, nothing in the bottle and even applicator was dried up. Terrible. Never buying again. Wish I read the reviews before buying. Requested a refund but still not acceptable. Box won’t even stand up.

Complete waste of money. The bottle I purchased barley had anything in it I wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

The product got here on time, but after opening, I found it to have never been filled with the product to enhance the eyelashes!! It was clean and dry as can be!

Just received this product today and was excited to try this product. Opened the tube and it was empty. Nothing in it. Even the brush was dry.

I didn't know the product because the bottle was super empty, very dry, The lid came open. I wish my money back or the product replacement.

Does not work at all!
