This rub has a really great combination of smokey and sweet flavors with a good mix of salt, garlic and others enhancing the overall taste.

I have 20 bottles I’ve purchased of rubs like this over the years. This is one of the best. This imparts the smoky flavor smoking meats do without the possible kidney cancer risk smoking and grilling does. I’ve heard powdered smoke and liquid smoke are much healthier. I put it on ribs, wrap them in foil and bake at 425 for 2 hours and then brush on some sauce and throw them on the grill. I’ve had friends and family eat 1 1/2 lbs of ribs in a sitting! Probably has too much salt for those with blood pressure issues but otherwise very tasty.

This great for smoking and barbecue. Great Smokey flavor. Not good for high heat because it will burn due to the sugar content.

Pretty good flavor over all but much sweeter than other rubs.

Did a brisket with it turned out great
