Looks good and is very comfortable. Definitely a good buy for the money. The "vegan leather" is of modest quality, at best, and you can see a lot of irregularities in the chrome finish, but all in all, worth every penny.It does sit a little tall, even when fully dropped down, but I've spent two 10 hour work days with it and its been great.LONG TERM UPDATE: After 3 years of nearly daily use, the chair has help up really well in all respects except for the seat foam. While the other parts, including the back foam and seating surfaces, are almost like new, the seat foam has memorized my shape and refuses to completely heal, even overnight. Seat cover easily unzips to allow for replacement foam, though, so a few dollars worth of firm memory foam later, the chair is better than new.

I like the style the most although the chairs aren't very comfortable. The style was more important as these 4 chairs were for a VP's office and the meetings in his office would be short so we didn't want people to get too comfortable.

Great chair so far, great looking and very easy to put together. The leather material is very soft and the foam is medium-firm which I like, seems like it will last a long time and not go flat quickly like other chairs I've tried. The only problem was the tensioner, it was really hard to turn by hand so I used a pair of pliers to adjust it to my liking. I never adjust it once I have it set so it's not a problem going forward.

Received my order promptly and assembly was very easy. Quality product amount paid. Comfortable first Day of use. Very pleased so far, too soon to give five star for durability however. I work no less than 10 hours a day.

First I will state that this chair never came with bolts to attach the arms to it. It was too much work to bother with sending it back and I needed a chair so I never processed the return especially given the low price of the chair. Despite that, I have never been able to sit for more than an hour in this chair before my back and tail bone begin to hurt. This might work as a conference room chair that does not get used very often, but it does not work as a task/office chair.
