My doctor loves this vitamin and I love that it is also a multi vitamin as well! Eye problems run in my family and this product seems to have all the supplement to help eyes! I can't say for sure that I've noticed my site get better because I'm just starting with a few eye issues, but I feel it's a good thing to help prevent things getting worse. If there was one thing that's not so great, it's the price! They are a bit pricey for the amount and compared to other supplements..
