They help for slightly loose shoes. These feel like a good pad. I'm just not real sure how to get one on straight yet. I am assuming the glue won't last real long but figure 2 face tape will work for a repair.

These fit my shoes well enough.They helped with pain relief by adding a buffer. Thickness wise they are a bit bulky.Quality wise they seem on the cheaper side of materials used. Performance and usability is short term. Stability is iffy as they need constant re adjustment throughout the day.
