To start with, this memory foam does not go flat overnight. I sleep on my back and side, and this pillow has been great for my arthritis neck pain and headaches. The contours are extremely well placed, so much that I would recommend using it without any extra pillowcase so that the extra fabric doesn't pull the pillow out of shape, even if you do put it in a case for looks when you make the bed. The 2D pictures on Amazon do not give the rounded contours of this carefully crafted pillow justice. The place for your head is a bit bowl shaped, which supports your head correctly in either position, and even supports your jaw on your side. I have never had a jaw-supporting pillow, and it's great for my TMJ. On your back, the bottom fits over your shoulders, helping keep the pillow in place. And forget the idea of a "beauty pillow" to keep your head straight and your face away from the fabric; this holds your head in place and doesn't even cover your ears, making it great for anyone with facial issues. It's just an overall well-designed pillow for anyone with neck or head problems.

Ive had a lot of different types of pillows, and after spending too much money on pillows that seemed to do more harm than good, I heard about these types of pillows. For such a great price I figured it was worth a try.I like how it supports my head and neck without bending it , and the 'wings' support under my face when I sleep on my side, I just love the shape and the fact you have two options depending on your preference. I also like that the pillow cover is removable and its not just the foam underneath, there's a light cover that separates the foam from the cover so its protected from the friction and zippers etc...I've been using this pillow for a month, and I've found that all the tension I've had in my neck and accross my shoulders for years has more or less disappeared, I snore far less (which Hubby is very happy about) and I've been sleeping much better over all.My only Gripe is that i wish it came with a second pillow case. regular pillow cases, for me, just dont fit right on there properly and bunch up and move around because of the shape of the pillow. Though admittedly I haven't looked to see if they sell spares.Over all a brilliant product!
