This Vidaco Economy Climbing Pegboard is made out of 2 x 6 pine lumber. Use for building back, biceps, chest, shoulders, forearms, core and abdominal strength. As endurance is built, more pegboards can be added to climb up, down, and side to side. Note: This pegboard is designed to be used with 1-1/8" diameter Vidaco Economy Climbing Pegs, sold separately. Larger pegs sold by other manufacturers will not work with this pegboard. This pegboard may be mounted to various surfaces, including wood, brick, block, concrete, steel, and other materials. The proper hardware for installation will vary from one application to another. If the board is to be mounted to a stud wall, it would be sturdier when mounted to braces that span two studs rather than mounting it to a single stud. Caution must be used to ensure that a secure hold is made with multiple fasteners of adequate length, and that pilot holes of the proper diameter are pre-drilled for each fastener to prevent splitting of the wood. To reduce the risk of injury, installation should be performed by a licensed building contractor.
