YES, truly latex free. They do smell like an automobile tire innter-tube but that is not latex. The white powder goes away after two to three uses so no big deal. These are well made and have passed any test I've come up with. I would buy it again. Great price.

Using for exercise

I bought these for a gift and was thrilled with what appears to be the quality of them. Nicely packaged, too, although the drawstring bag is probably too small to be handy for storage - it would take a lot of effort to fold them nicely enough to get them back into it. A bigger bag would suit the storage purpose better.

Pros: These are sturdy bands, at a massive discount compared to the product’s website.I have the nose of a bloodhound, and I do not smell even a hint of latex.Cons: After first use, the white substance mentioned by other reviewers appeared. I’ve cleaned them with a few different products, but nothing gets rid of it.My hands have begun itching since I started using them. I’ve narrowed down the variables, and the bands seem to be the culprit. I’m going to stop using them for a bit to see if it calms down.

I opened them this morning to use and thought they were covered with little white mites or something.I held them over a sink to investigate further as I unfolded one and it seemed to be whatever coating had dried from being stored for a long time.So I opened the remaining bands over a sink of warm soapy water to clean off the residue.Remove most of it, but hoping they don’t snap from having dried while in the warehouse somewhere.

Not 41 inches long and circular. It's 82 inches long and just a straight band.
