Great battery operated motion light!! We have this in our bathroom where there is only one outlet. It picks up motion from at the least a few feet outside the bathroom door, which is great at night. It's bright enough to see what you need to, not too bright that it disrupts your sleepy eyes in the middle of the night. We've had this product for about 4 months now and the light goes on and off daily, and we have not yet needed to change out the batteries! With other battery operated motion lights we have tried the batteries died a lot faster in comparison. The only thing I wish you could extend the timer a little longer until the light turned off, but that's just me & it's minor. The looks of this light is also very nice. It doesn't look cheap, looks nice on top of our cube storage shelf.

Got this for my elderly cat so he could have a bit of light in the basement while using his box at night. Takes a bit of trial and error to get the unit positioned correctly for the motion field- but maybe that's just because I was setting it up for a cat. Batteries have lasted longer than expected. Light isn't bright, but works for illuminating the 5- 8 ft radius he needs. Have been very careful about not dropping this as it feels like it would break immediately if it fell off the table I set it on.

This is a nice little motion sensor light for the bathroom or baby room. I have mine in the bathroom so we don't have to turn on the main light that is connected a rather loud bathroom fan. It stays on for about 20 seconds, or as long as there is motion.Product dimensions are: 6 inches tall x 3 inches wide at the base.It requires 3 AAA batteries. I use rechargeable batteries. The batteries are NOT supplied with the light.The light is a soft yellowish glow and easy on the eyes at night. But it is bright enough to see everything in the bathroom.I am going to by a few more for under the edge of the bed at night.This is a nice light for the money. It is a well made light, not cheap looking at all. The molding feels smooth and the buttons and battery cover work correctly.I was given a discount from the manufacturer in exchange for my honest review.

Sensor stopped working the next day. Meh. [REVISION NOVEMBER 10, 2016: The company contacted me and replaced this lamp for free, and the predecessor works great, flawlessly. Handy little light that I use in my bedroom to work at my desk when my kid is sleeping in the room, also use for a closet with no lamp. Stand-up company, too I like the design of both, but really love the one with the square base.]

This is a great little nightlight! We bought it to bring with us when we're traveling so that if we got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, we wouldn't bump into the furniture! It was just bright enough to be able to see where you were going, but not too bright to bother anyone else still sleeping. The light went out after 10-15 seconds. It stayed on just long enough. The sensor wasn't too sensitive, it was just right. It's very lightweight, so it didn't add weight to the suitcase.

Looks nice and puts out a nice glow. Feels a bit cheap when holding it and I'm not sure how durable it's going to be long term, but for under $10 on sale, you could consider it disposable so long as it lasts at least a year. Battery life is good. Uses several AAA batteries and even having it on all night long for several nights in a row it still puts off a good amount of light. Nice for blackouts.

We love these lamps so much we bought two more. We have two on our bedroom nightstands so we don't have to fumble in the dark looking for the lamp switch any more. The sensor will trigger motion up to about 15 feet away and the light stays on for about 30 seconds. It also has an always on switch which is a good option for power outages although I'm sure it would drain the batteries a lot quicker. It takes 3 AAA batteries which are not included.

The sensor works amazingly! Can pick up movement from quite a distance away. The quality is great, it holds up to my kids taking it around with them and has even been dropped a couple of times. It has 3 settings, ON OFF AUTO, and takes 3 AAA batteries. We use it daily at my home and my 8 yr old son sleeps with one as his nightlight. He also reads in bed with it. I definitely recommend this product.
